At about 6:42 AM of September 3, 2024, personnel of San Juan MPS led by PSMS Dexter Capacia together with Pat Ralf John Laraya augmented personnel from PMFC under the direct supervision of PLTCOL ROMMEL D SOBRIDO, OIC, conducted police security assistance to the personnel of provincial veterinarian represented by Mr. Ryan Gonsalez and Lizel Panganiban manning the established Animal Inspection Checkpoint to ensure public safety on the effect of the ASF and enforcement on the provision of RA No. 9271 otherwise known as Quarantine act of 2004".
